Thats exactly the point I was getting at...I would rather take a plea bargin because being a male, its rather hard to prove you're right in a case against a women...Especially in a domestic abuse case.

I am not speaking about Floyd situation personally, but rather in general DV. Not every man is 6' 2" or knows how to defend themselves. Lats I checked things like plates, bottles, pans etc, can knock a fvcker out and possibly kill them. You don't need to be big or take size into consideration at all. As far as punching Josie, I heard nothing about that and I could only imagine if Floyd punched her she would be bruised. Yet she didn't have a scratch and a purported bump. Again, I am not saying particularly Floyds case because I don't know all of the facts, but in general no woman or man has a right to lay hands on me unless they expect it to comeback at them.
