This is getting circular. The UFC is the contractor for those fights. This is a case of Floyd being a private contract. VADA didn't release Peterson's results to GBP because they weren't the contractors. Don't go down VADA is not USADA. The point has been raised. Some of us feel a more definitive answer should be given in response. That's really all this amounts to.
