    He is saying Vada does CIR while USADA doesnt, in other words VADA is more up to date, if Floyd is serious about the test he should use the company that has the most up to date methods.

    It's typical ESB. He's just doing his job as far as I can see. How Rampant are PED's? Well, two major fights just cancelled, and now this? We get a definite answer to that soon.

    He ain't **** breaking. The guy is holding out praying something will come of it. He's got no evidence only speculation. USADA didn't cover up **** for PBF too much to risk on a niche sport like boxing with the 2012 Summer Olympics right around the corner.:deal
