Ignorant position. At least understand what the testing is and then comment.

Didn't Montoya say that he had to disclose? What's the subpoena that he was talking about?

Floyd Landis case document. Read all of it:

    http://www.usada.org/files/active/arbitration_rulings/LandisFinalDissent.pdf

YOU have to take in to account that USADA does 8000 (figures from their website) or so tests a year whereas VADA does no way near that much, so is it feasible for CIR to be done for every one of the 8000 tests?:think

Isn't Pacquiao fighting next weekend? Hahahaha

Floyd's fans are pathetic yet look at you drama queens up in here stirring up gossip.

Truth will come out soon, at least for Floyd since he actually gets tested.

Guess not.. since every time you guys get a poster in a back and forth about this they say yes they believe they should show the proper people the documents, as well as they don't care which agency does the testing.

    PimpC. Reppin. PBFred.. Me..

Who else have you all been going back and forth with? I'm having a hard time finding all of these Floyd fans against it.

If USADA will come out and say that they are prepared to do CIR testing from the onset for all pro boxing tests it covers, and to provide full public transparent release of results, the points being made will be null, void and mute.

You my friend are talking ****. First off NO ONE has ever seen a contract between USADA and any boxing entity. We only know they do CIR testing strategically for it's athletes that enter into their year round program, who also provide baseline/longitudinal data for them to assess and flag any changes in the athletes homeostasis. It has been implied by Tygart at USADA that for BOXING events, since they are short lived contracts and don't have baseline/longitudinal data to work with ALL of the sampling goes through CIR testing.

I challenge you to check my post history, I have always said I don't exclude anyone (to include Floyd) from being a possible cheat. That being said I don't care what this man does, or what he says about Floyd. The courts will work all that out, I absolutely care about the truth, fairness, clean athletes and have been consistent with that. You haven't though...you haven't been on this "quest for truth" when it's involved Manny, not in slightest, at least be consistent and be real. I'm all for both of them laying every bit of their information out, being tested year round, and taking very step possible to protect the credibility of the fighters and the sport. All I'm saying is if your going to point the finger of hypocrisy point it at yourself too...if you are going to go the route you have been.

If pbf had gone with vada people would be saying why is he going with a upstart company with ties to conte and not to the authority in usada. He elects to go to the authority test clean and It's still not enough vada is better. Pbf can't win with you ****s it doesn't matter who he's with it won't be good enough. But you have a guy out there like Pac who doesn't do any test and you don't even mention his name. Montoya isn't investigating why he's not taking test. ****ing hilarious you guys are **** off.

If this is the case, then I would go wth USADA over VADA purely on the amount of time it has been around, and the points I have made would be null and void. How often do you get a poster who is prepared to backtrack? I stress, if, big if, if this is the case. Public disclosure on results would have to be increased in my opinion, to make it fully transparent.

Well, good question at this point. Montoya, or someone claiming to be him, posted on the forum earlier. So much **** has been flying around I basically had to apologize for a thread I made because I got **** mixed up. At this point I'll concede he seems like an earnest individual with this testing reporting after watching the video. Trying to keep tweets and crap like that sorted, just too much information overload right now for me to be confident in my statements on what he has or hasn't said vs what someone else said he said or implied or whatever.

I just don't see the relevance of these tests in a defamation suit. There could be, I just don't know what it is. What difference does it make what May has or hasn't taken in terms of what he's said?

    Usual suspects...

Talking points galore. It's so bad, I see some of the same exact phrases being using on other forum websites.
