If The ball rolls down to Kelly Pavlik, would he jump at the Chance? Should He jump at the chance? Would Adonis actually take this fight?

Pavlik has an iron chin, but Stevenson has the power to knock anyone out, even Carl Froch (I'm not saying I think he would beat Froch I'm just saying he has power.)

Pavlik also has power and Stevenson has been stopped so there is question marks over his chin.

The fight doesn't go the distance, I favour Pavlik to win by knock-out, but Stevenson has a chance.

I was hoping kelly would get at least two more tune ups before taking a fight like this, but how can you question it if he thinks he's ready for a guy like stevenson. kelly knows himself. it should be a great fight.

It would be interesting if someone like DeGale takes the fight.

I like Pavlik by knockout as long as he keeps working hard and staying focused in camp.

My answers are the same as yours. I'd favor Pavlik, by KO.

I think Pavlink would win. But I thought Stevenson was going to lose his last two fights...

    Stevenson has a puncher's chance.

I don't think Pavlik would take a fight like this. Stevenson is all risk and little reward for a guy like Pavlik. He can get big fights without getting involved in an eliminator with someone like Stevenson.

Pretty much this. He seems to believe he will be ready, barring a setback, after his next fight. His career choice I guess but we see what happened to Bute taking a step too far. Kelly has had better ring experience but the time off is still a wildcard.

Yeah, its interesting to see what Pavlik has left and which direction he goes.

Pavlik can get fights with guys like Bute, Froch, Ward, Kessler, etc, he doesn't need to get involved with someone like Stevenson, who has little upside for him, to land those fights.

Yeah, he could pretty much beat any top 15 to the WBA or WBC and get the next shot at Ward. Sure he'd get clowned, but at least he wouldnt be bruised.:good

I know Pavlik has a good chin and Ward isn't a ko puncher but I wouldn't be shocked if Ward were to stop Pavlik.

The fight would be so one-sided that I could see the ref stepping in to stop the fight in the last third of the fight or so.

I think Pavlik either beats or is competitive with any 168 guy out there except Ward-thats just an awful match up for Pavlik.
