    Yes he is, now I know you probably don't know much about marketability, since your demi-god Lara can't sell ****, but damn man, you need to stop obsessing over Canelo. You need to get it through your head that unless Lara garners more support and attention, he won't be getting the nod. Especially not for a PPV.

    People missing the point of this thread.
    I understand the Mexicans ( and Mexicans dick riders) being upset,
    Im not against the canelo vs Jk fight( wich I believe canelo wins due to Jk wild style)
    This is about a fight that was already ruled out because Jk wasn't ready for September ,he had shoulder surgery.A guy with very limited boxing skills who depends of his wild swings and huge heart can't do much without his power shots.
    I didn't complain about the PW fight,I though was a good test for canelo. And I believe Jk could take him to deep waters too, but a healthy Jk.
    Can you get my point? Forget about Lara,he's not getting the fight and we all know it.I already said he should forget about hunting canelo.

    kirkland could've easily not taken the fight, so if he has a bum shoulder come fight night or he's unprepared as a result of the shoulder, that's all on he and his team. it's definitely a huge risk for him. also, it wasn't like gbp would throw canelo in there with molina so he could spoil himself to a controversial loss. that would've done nothing for canelo's budding superstar appeal.

    I agree that Golden Boy is taking advantage of Kirkland's injury and trying to sell this fight as Kirkland being 100% so that it makes Alvarez look that much better. They were doing the same thing matching Alvarez with Paul Williams, when it looked pretty clear that PWill was on the slide. Austin Trout, Lara, Molina, Martiroysn are too young and healthy for Canelo.
