nevada allows a 6:1 ratio when a normal person might, at a stretch have a 1.5:1 ratio. Would be interesting to see how many fighters have betweenn 4 - 5.9 :1 ratio in Nevada

 

Well, this is why there is a feeling that State Athletic Commissions are complicit in this.

If you want the big money fights in your city then you need to make your city appealing for the fighters. If the top fighters who generate the cash want to use testosterone for example, you might want to bump your acceptable levels up a bit higher than your competitors.

 

Someone like pac is very comfortable with the level Nevada is using, no wonder he didn't want to take USADA tests let alone VADA.
