I do not know if there is any proof as to what type of testing has taken place what we do know is that USADA does not conduct CIR unless the ratio is in question.

But there is more to it we have to wait it out....

 

USADA have done cir testing for all of their commissioned boxing events, including recently Cotto and Mayweather.
