You know even if USADA does show the testing procedures to prove Floyd and Cotto were clean, everyone would call it BS and say "Did you expect them to show us the real results?!"

This whole thing is a lost cause really because people will jump at every chance to make a premiere fighter look bad even when they deny the facts given to them

 

You are full of ****. USADA just got done saying that every sample from the May-Cotto fight was tested via CIR testing. Are you trying to imply either USADA is lying or that everyone one of Cotto's and Floyd's samples exceeded the T/E ratio and stimulated a CIR test? :?

There is a WADA rule that if a TE ratio is above 4 a CIR/IRMS is mandatory (if one has the resources). In addition to this, though, the WADA/USADA can do whatever they want, more or less, so nothing stops them from doing CIR/IRMS if they deem it a good idea. (this is all public information, not everything is) But it's a pretty expensive analysis and most samples aren't analysed in this way (whereas all VADA samples are).

But, USADA has come out and essentially implied that for BOXING EVENTS that all samples undergo CIR testing. This is likely because they do not have the longitudinal data they have with their other athletes who are in the year round programs.
