If he's uncovering cheats in the sport he's fine by me. If he's spreading lies then he's a ****, simples.

No. Complete bollocks I'm afraid. Every athletic comission worth its salt adheres to the WADA list of banned substances so there is no excuse there. If this truly is the USADA stance the world will (again) look upon american testing as a pointless joke. But, and I'm just guessing here, most likely the education talked about has to do with what will happen during the testing period. Personally I find that bollocks, too, in this case.

You really don't get this do you. GBP would have been first to see the samples if anything was up for scrutiny, as a business they would have had more time to go about making alternative plans i.e replacement for the matches before pouring out more money into promotion of an event which would be likely not to take place.

Therefore GBP was not trying to hide or to conceal any positive tests, they were simply trying to be informed at the earliest time as to testing results. By having the contracts individually for both fighters GBP would not be aware of any conflict or concern with a sample that has come up positive, as it would be up to the fighter to challenge the positive result and declare it if he felt it necessary at his earliest inconvenience to GBP.

Why do you think bob arum doesn't want top rank fighters testing, he doesn't want to risk losing money on big fights.

I'm not ssure about that. My impressison is that the experience with longitudinal data is so far pretty limited in terms of positive cases. mabe it was requested? But USADA won' tell us anyway I think.

GBP shouldnt have any contract with any testing agency period, it makes them look suspect.

They should allow the agencys to do their job and step the **** down... when you have legal contracts involved all to often Lawyers add **** in there that some how sneaks through the cracks.

Again are you for a clean sport? it really doesnt seem that way.

Interesting. Name the appropriate commission as the contractor but foot the bill? Might work.

Well, this would be interesting, IF TRUE, because they said they did CIR testing on both Cotto and Floyd. My gut feeling, since the CIR test is expensive they probably do it at the beginning and only on subsequent tests if the ratio goes up. Just my guess though.

I am just saying GBP argues that they simply want a contract to ensure they are notified in a timely manner, Do you really need a contract for that? I mean grow the **** up.....

He denied deleting them. It is quite possible that there was more than one C&D and the webmaster of whatever site it is decided to comply. Even if it was Montoya he was simply complying with the C&D. That would mean the posts were 'probably' as implied.
