    http://ca.sports.yahoo.com/news/box...y-pacquiao-nearly-agreed-to-a-2010-fight.html

    Article speaks for itself.

Golden Boy sent Top Rank a contract in December 2009 that included a 50/50 split for Mayweather and Pacquiao that was denied due to the drug testing clause.

"A contract sent on Dec. 11, 2009, by Golden Boy Promotions on behalf of Mayweather to Top Rank on behalf of Pacquiao proposed a 50-50 financial split between the sides for a fight that would have been held March 13, 2010.
The eight-page agreement is so detailed that it indicates which of the two fighters would step onto the scale first at the weigh-in (Pacquiao), who would walk to the ring first (Pacquiao), who would be introduced first (Mayweather) and who had first choice of the locker room (Mayweather). "

Seems like Mayweather wanted the fight. He even sent a contract.

Again, no point in flame throwing as many people were aware that this happened, it just seems to dispute some in here who believe Floyd has been ducking and dodging and avoiding making the fight, which is clearly not the case.

Ohhh they're not going to like this.

I applaud you for your continuous effort in educating the *******.

Unfortunately, your efforts will go intentionally unnoticed or even scoffed at, by the over zealots

    yes we know this.

The fight got held up though because one of the agreements was olympic style testing up to the day of the fight. which pacs side didnt want.

so now since that event pac will do the testing. There ppvs have been similar since this contract so everything else should stay the same and we should have a fight now.

Strange that Schaefer's denying that a contract was sent to them.

So what did pac have that was agreed upon since Mayweather got everything. 1st in the ring Pac, 1st on the scale Pac. Now it will be no 50/50 only thing Pac might get is the glove size of 8oz. Oh well never will happen.

Floyd offered pac 14 days cut off, pac refused, so where the **** you get up to the day of the fight from? We didn't even get to that point yet.

Now go flip flop to another argument, it quite clear you don't know ****.
