Is current Wladimir better than the Wladimir who lost to Sanders?

    Absolutely. Anyone outside the old fat slugs in the heavyweight division now would still beat him though.

    He is better but if he fought that Sanders again, he would be stopped early again.

    Absolut better. Wlad from today is a much complete fighter and he is more like the Wlad before Sdunek change his style. Wlad had great footwork at the beginning of his career. Watch some fights in the amateurs and from the beginning. Wlad was fighting from the outside like he does today. Sdunek turned his style into a "stand boxer" with no defence. The loss against Sanders was a logical result of this style.

    Today´s Wlad is a perfect mix of Wlad from the old days and some special "tricks" of Emanuel Steward and a perfect game plan.

    If Wlad would have fought Sanders again he would won by TKO. No doubt about it.

    the improvments and changes wladimir has made to his game are clear as day to see..if you think vitali beat the **** out of sanders.this version of wladimir would really hurt sanders..if you watch the klit documentry chris byrd somes it up pretty well when hes talking about there second fight...

    everyone knows its impossible due to the donkeys **** knocking them out when it hits their mouths...

    Yes but I think the same version of Past prime sanders may still stop him today, though a little later.
