    excellent choice

Cotto(e) - waits until he comes off a lackluster performance

Clottey - same **** as above

margarito(e) - was a nobody by the time emmanuel fought him

Oldsley - YOU'RE TOO GOOD, SHANE! didn't want to fight him until after Floyd whooped his AZZ, and he had that awkward Mora fight

Juan - obviously delayed the fight hoping that Juan's age would make him incapable. ends up backfiring as he gets schooled by 40 year olld lightweight

while all decent names on paper, their stocks were on a steep decline when emmanuel chose to fight em

Plus catchweights; doesn't help Pac's argument against it.

Until the last few fights, I'd have definitely said Floyd. But Floyd has grown balls over the last year.

    So, neither.

The thing with Pacquiao is that up to the Cotto fight I would have said he would have fought anyone, however his competition since hit the big time ppv wise has been average at best.

    I voted Floyd because...

He fought a washed up Delahoya and Mosley, he also fought Hatton at his lowest point and hasn't fought anyone under the age of 25 recently...Oh wait :huh

When you look at the list of opponents of either fighter, a list that is packed with champions, how can you possibly suggest either man is a cherry picker? I don't know what fantasy world some "fans" live in, but there is such thing as "risk versus reward."

Top Rank is better than Mayweather at selling an opponent. They cherry pick better, and they look better because of it.

Had this question been asked right after Pac/Cotto, about 80-90% would've voted Floyd. But Floyd has been fighting more live opponents of late while Pac's opposition has been shaky of late. That's why the polls are much closer. But you can't just ignore either fighter's resume prior to a few years ago either.

Fighting Barrera, Marquez and Morales a total of 8 times means you can never be considered a cherrypicker.

    Absurd thread.
