A level still somewhat unproven but that goes to say just how good he is. If he continues to win against top opposition he will be A+ and possibly even a great champion.

Solid elite level. No doubt he has the skills, but I want to see him fight abroad out of America:deal.

Solid elite. Has controlled world class fighters (Froch, Kessler, Abraham) and hardly broke a sweat in doing so.

But as the person above me posted he needs to fight outside somewhere (even vegas or NY will do) And he needs to continue his form against top fighters. Dawson is a great start, and if he wins that he is a win or two away from being A+ in my opinion.

A future top 3 P4P. And if he lives up to his potential he can be Number 1

    he is proven.

he has reached a level no SMW has since Roy Jones, he just now needs to maintain it.

He's a top elite level at least.

He is A- in my book, the same as when he beat Froch. Why would it change, Ward did not beat Bute?

He's not far off being top 3 presently. Future p4p number one. I can't see anyone from 160-175 beating the guy. He hasn't lost a fight since he was 13. The guy is a winner, plain and simple.

I am very harsh with how I grade guys. I think Mayweather and Pac are A level and everyone else is clearly below.

Maybe a bit too harsh. Guys like JMM are elite too. They would all give the ATGs a good run for their money.
