    The 3 tests Cockman said Floyd failed that USADA, lmao, excuse me, the 3 failed tests that USADA covered up just for Floyd.

    Ive been out of the loop but didn't some random examiner guy say Floyd may of failed 3 test and the USADA covered it up if he actually did.

    Yes. The 3 number was the bait. They really wanted to know if under USADA, did Floyd have a clause/agreement that allows him to fail a test, and a chance to pass the next test without that failed test getting out to the public.

    They are implying that USADA will cover Floyds ass. *******s are saying this because of how *****s have accused Pacquiao of using PEDS.
