You know Ross, Canzoneri, Locche, Kid Pambele, Ortiz(not Victor ), Chavez, ODLH, Pryor, all fought in this division as champions. I don't know where Zab Judah would fit in. This man fought one fighter at the weight that I'd call great and he got blitzed in two rounds.

There's a lot of all time great who also had campaigns at that weight, can't see Judah near top 25.. :think :huh

I can't even get him into top 40.. :patsch

140 is a much stronger division historically than it is often given credit for. It has the strongest depth of any non-traditional weight class.

Going through previous champs, I'd rank him below:

    Berg
    Canz
    Ross
    Ortiz
    Loi
    Perkins
    Locche
    Cervantes
    Benitez
    Prior
    Mayweather (R)
    Chavez
    Rosario
    Taylor
    Randall
    Tszyu
    Cotto
    Bradley
    Hatton

I excluded fighters who didn't stick around very long like De La Hoya, Whitaker, McGirt and Floyd all of whom were better H2H.

Zab has good numbers at 140, but few wins of any real significance - Ward and a green Witter are probably his best wins on paper. He never held a legit championship at 140, and was stopped by the two best guys he faced. He obviously stayed around longer than a lot of fighters listed above, but they all have more significant victories.
