He's a B+, no doubt about it. It's NOT because he lost to Froch that he's a bum. :patsch

Solid B level belt holder material.
If the likes of Floyd,Manny and Marquez are elite, then you have the level where you have Martinez,Ward(not for long),Froch,Canelo and that type of fighter, then I'd have Lucian just below that as a solid world level fighter.
    Like a low B level

You rate Froch and Canelo with Ward and Martinez? I mean, I can understand the Martinez part, but Ward? Lol..

I did add that Ward wouldn't be there for long and I was also judging it on pulling power amongst fans.
For me mate,I'd probably put Ward at #2 P4P,but I'm assuming this is going on a little bit more than just ability.
If it's purely ability, you can take Ward out of my comparison,I have no inclination whatsoever to down Ward at all.

Being an armchair fighter, most of us don't know the butterflies of fighting for the first time on the small stage, let alone the world stage at home, and muchless, the world stage away.

That said.....it's easy to criticize Bute for being a stay at home fighter. Once he was used to that, less and less nerves to cause his brain freezes.

We'll see if Ward will still ever fight Bute or travel to hostile territory even, although with that big fat L on his record and the huge payday fighting Lucian in Montreal, it's obviously a lot more appealing to baby J Dre.:yep
