    Everything this guys said.

Floyd jumps all over feints. Using that overreaction and double/triple jabs, you could break up his rhythm and keep him off balance. If you circle left with your head tucked kinda like Cotto did, you have glimpses of openings though you will be vulnerable to the right hand. This is wear athleticism and execution is crucial.

Floyd controls stretches with just great footwork, so you'd have to mess with the spacing and angles he's comfortable with.

Regardless of what anyone says, Floyd does in fact adapt very well, so you'd need a varied attack, and be able to adapt your own timing and spacing.

    Be Robearto(e) or Pernell.

Cotto(e) had success with his jab, but his great jab comes at the price of making him one handed. The power shot that manages to get Floyd every now and then is the right. You need a good jab AND right.

Converted southpaws such as Cotto(e) and Oscar will suffer the fate of an AZZ whooping.

I don't know any fighters with an ambush style who can beat Floyd Jr.
I dont know anyone who does well with an 'ambush style' at Welterweight period.

I don't think it's so much finding a plan that can defeat Mayweather as it is finding a boxer who can execute that plan. I figure either Pacquiao or Martinez have a good shot at doing it, but it doesn't look like those fights are going to happen.

At one time, I figured Khan could do it, but when he fought Peterson, he showed an inability to fight inside, tie-up an opponent or fight moving backwards, and this takes him off the candidate list as far as I am concerned.

I sure wish we had the medical technology to rejuvinate Sugar Ray Leonard and let him have a go at Floyd! That would be epic.

This version of Pacquaio would be nothing more than a sitting duck IMO.

Make him fight more than once a yr for starters ..But he's on the tail end of his career ..So I doubt he loses since he will most likely just fight once a year until he hangs them up.

You are going to need the following to have a chance to beat Floyd.

    1. Supreme cardio - ability to maintain the pressure for 12 rounds.

    2. Excellent jab

    3. Footwork - ability to work angles and not just come straight in/out.

    4. 2 game plans and the ability to switch between them. Those two would be Pressure/on the ropes/in-fighting and Moving/Countering.

    5. A little rough housing, pushing/shoving, returning the cheap shot elbows Floyd sticks out there.

    6. Ability to cut off the ring.

140 and up. I think 135 will drain DLH.

What did you mean by this comment? Why post this comment if you don't even back it up with observation or evidence...or anything. Instead, you said it was your "Opinion" - like we should somehow be in awe of your ****ing opinion!
