Frank threatens legal action against Sky over Bellew

That was the original date, April 13th. The fight then got pushed back to April 27th because of Danny's illness.

 

I wonder if Sky ever bothered taking legal action after he left them to set up his own TV station in direct competition to them?

Hopefully he gets trounced in court and that will put him back in his place.

Every time he gets away with stitching up a fighter he gets more insufferable.

I'm a free agent guys it's that simple.. I don't claim to be a huge ticket seller, fights sell themselves IMHO, you gotta capture peoples imagination, hence why I had a filled arena for one fight and 3'500 for another.. I'm still amazed people pay to see me fight if I'm being honest, I understand my family and friends paying but can't get my head around the strangers paying.

As for what's going on, all I'll say is I am a free agent and once the trust is gone in any relationship then how can it carry on? There is so many issues it's unreal! I hope they can all come out cos one thing is certain. I have done NOTHING wrong and that's a fact.. Don't get on here as much as I used to but still read as much as poss and it's a great place

good luk to u glad to see fighters like you standing up for yourself , you have short careers and risk it all gettin into the ring you deserve to be rewardly fairly for this and have a promoter who is goin to look out for your best interests not just their own

Haha I'm mates with Carl and I'll be honest before I met him I had doubted him but not since our sparring begun, since then we've become mates and he's someone I talk to and take advice from, the relationship he has with Eddie is great to see and Carl sees him as a friend and his promoter.. Now ask yourself this? Who wouldn't want that kind of relationship with the man who is in control of there career.. ;-)

 

Yeah, It is refreshing to see his enthusiasm and the kind of relationship he has with his fighters.

I remember in the post fight press conference Tony you refered to Frank as not only your promoter but you classed him as a 'friend' I can remember cringing when you said it your a great guy but don't be so trusting and pick your friends more wisely in the future.:deal I am a big supporter of yours and look forward to watching your career develop.
