Wladimir Has About 1 Year Until He Is the 2nd Longest Reigning HW Champion EVER

Post like this bring up a lot of butthurt.

Funny thing is that a lot of posters that are complaining about the competition (in wich they are ultimately correct) have picked multiple of those 'bums' to beat Wladimir in the last couple of years. So they clearly just DKSAB, and/or just hate Wlad.

 

Butthurt haters, got to feel sorry for them. Some of them on this board are already dead and Wlad is still king. :yep

Once again I will pick Wlad over any American HW.

Not being a Klithscko hater. I just generally hate anyone that's not Lennox Lewis when it comes to boxing. I despise Tyson 10000x more then any dislikes I have towards the Klithcskos. I spread the hate.

Wladimir is a great role model outside the ring and he is boring but effective inside the ring. He DOES have a weak chin and he protects it wonderfully.


I have him top 10 ATG.

Yeah, but he's got years in the tank left. Even top ten ATG is :good. Of course he'll never live down Corrie Sanders in some eyes. :verysad

 

Its impressive but I don't care too much. He wasn't unified for all of it (and Vitali still has belts), and time isn't too important in this case. I'd care more about amount of defenses.

 

Comparing the era's the Holmes and Louis era's were considered quite weak. I think Wlad's comp stand above the other 2 in during that time. Holmes did have Cooney as the shining accomplishment and Louis's was extended because of WW2 which limited his ability to fight top comp as everyone was busy fighting.
