Bradley ducked Khan. Just because he is fighting Pacquaio for more money (to lose) doesn't mean he didn't duck Khan. He did. If he loses to Khan he's done at elite level and has made less money. If he loses to Pac he can fight Khan (lose again) and make more money. No brainer. Tim is a duck.
I have him at #12 but after the top 7 or so it becomes very, very close and #8 to about #14 are pretty subjective.
The Ring has him 8th, Id have to agree. From your list, I cant see how Dawson/Gamboa/Froch could be rated higher than him. Dawson/Froch hasn't been as consistent and Gamboa doesn't have anywhere near as good resume. He was established unified king of 140, same cant be said for any of those 3. You could say he ducked Khan the other 140 champ but then Khan goes on to lose to Peterson...
Bradley was happy to go along with the talk of a mini tournament with the winner of his fight with Alexander fighting the winner of Khan vs Maidana, yet when the time came he refused to fight Khan and made no secret of it. In what's been nearly 18 months since he fought Alexander he's stepped in the ring once with a shot to **** Casamayor, in that time Khan fought McCloskey, Judah and Peterson and was considered the best in the division going in to that one, before losing a controversial decision with the guy admitting he was using steroids. Bradley ducked and has benefited more than anyone from the Khan/Peterson fiasco.
Maybe 9 or 10. He's a great fighter but there are at least 8 or 9 guys who have done more IMO. I expect to see him higher up in years to come though.
