Khan's boxing skill is very underrated, he can box very well against someone that boxes. Judah quit because he Khan was connecting with Judah at will. Judah had never been dominated every second of every round and now after defeat to Khan. Since then Judah looked solid winning title eliminator against a young undefeated guy.

Same thing against Malignaggi, and Kotelnik. They boxed Khan and he beat them easily.

Khan only has trouble against pressure fighters like Maidana and Peterson on steroids.He beat Maidana and arguably beat PEDerson.

Garcia is a solid fighter he does nothing spectacular but everything very good and very well rounded. This may be good enough to beat Khan or any top fighter.

 

None of those fighters are great fighters. Good but not great.

However, I remmeber thinking after the Paulie fight that Khan's youth, workrate and size could give Mayweather some issues (though Floyd would win) and though he is leagues below Mayweather in terms of skill, I still believe so.

With that being said, Garcia showed me something in the morales fight, though he was getting caught a lot (no shame, even from a past prime Eric), he stayed calm and made adjustments. Thats the sign of a true champion. No disespect, but as of yet, we have yet to say Amir make adjustments (Prescott, Maidana & Peterson - save the PED jokes) ... when his speed and combos aren't working, he is a less than average fighter. He begins to hold and just fall back to the ropes and tries to prove he can take shots. That shows he is not a smart fighter (though he is still young and should improve mentally as he matures) and when he moves up in weight, he might get KTFO again.

All in all, I am looking forward to this match up.

 

Garcia is an average fighter, I doubt he will trouble Khan.

Danny Garcia sucks... Khan will whoop his punk ass!

 

Alot of people seem to think this, but i dont think he is trying to prove anything. I think he has a poor defence/head movement and there is nothing he can do about shots coming in when he's against the ropes. I dont believe for one minute a fighter would go out every fight and get caught on the chin on purpose to prove people wrong.

 

Khan beat Peterson. . We all know this. . . It looks all the more impressive since he was on steroids for hte fight . . by his own admission


Garcia is going to get tooled by Khan - doesn't even matter about Khan's chin cause Garcia is too slow, and clumbsy to touch it.
