7-5 pacquiao. even if you switched it to 7-5 marquez, this is not a robbery. too many close rounds.

Compare that to the great robbery between Castillo vs Void. No debate needed Castillo was robbed.

Damn! marquez winning over pacquio thread has become such a bore! they were all close fights but I believe pacquio deserves his win. Bradley will dominate pacquio and will toy with marquez!

Lara vs Williams is the worst! But since Williams doesn't have a big fan base or a big hater fan base no one seems to bother. Since Pac has many haters and fans any close fight will be considered a robbery.

I disagree. Floyd won against Castillo, fairly. I had him winning by two points. I am no "*****", "*******" or "fanboy" of any kind. I can't stand Mayweather, Jr., but I am a fair judge and he won against Castillo in my humble opinion.

i had it 7-4-1 for Marquez. Pretty big robbery. Marquez took it easy the last few rounds and let Pac catch up, so it made it seem like a close fight because thats what was recently happening

The P4P #1 robbing another great fighter of a clear win is rare.

The level at which this robbery took place is what makes it huge. G$ora-Helenius was a bigger robbery in terms of the scores, but it was nowhere near as significant. The 8 round argument is BS. Anyone who knows boxing agreed JMM won.

Lewis Holyfield was out right armed robbery, Pac vs Marquez 3 comes pretty damn close I had this a clear clear win for Marquez 9 rounds to 3, in fact one of those three rounds I gave to pac which was the 12th could have easily been scored even or given to Marquez.

It's such a high profile fight and with such high expectations for the favorite that when an underdog strikes back, it becomes even bigger than it should be.

How many guys have lost a close decision against hometown heroes or house fighters that never got attention?

In terms of robbery, this should rank very low on the scale.

  12. Pac p4p champ should get benefit.
no robbery. just unrealistic expectations that pac was going to ko a roided jmm with 24 rds in the bank.
Pac won 8 rounds clear and compubox and judges agree.
Juanita and Angel roided too much and were stiff last 3 rds

when you almost entirely wiped their best fighters from one nation and you are a threat to mayweather and have the spotlight, commercials etc... any close fights could be thrown away as a robbery to get back at you.

judges, stats and compuboxes are considered void but those guys watching from PPV got the say.

    underdog and butthurt mentality.

1(i thought this was an obvious pacquiao rd, pacquiao lands couple of stiff jabs and hard lefts to the head of marquez while the most marquez did was 1 jab to the body and a three punch counter to pacquiao's body)
2(like rd one reversed, pacquiao lands about one lead left to the head, and some lefts to the body, marquez lands more tho, marquez round)
    3(pacquiao)
4(close only because of marquez's eye-catcher right hand at the end, otherwise a pacquiao rd)
5,6,7,8(i think these lot were clear cut marquez)
9(close rd leaning to pacquiao for me)
10(very close rd) 11,12(thought these lot were clear cut pacquiao, if i remember right 11 was closer than the other but pacquiao buckling him early and then landing more just sealed the deal)

    no robbery

im not seeing this at all, i dont think marquez landed any punches in the 12th at all, pacquiao potshotted him and closed out with a big left, how can you give it to marquez?
