Undisputed Champ, beat everyone he ever faced, one of the best HW resumes in history and having beat his No1 Contender who almost a decade later is still a dominant champ, in his last fight at 37, a career highest weight and clearly out of shape... took everything Vitali had to offer for 4 rounds, beat Vitali up for 2 rounds to the point Vitali was clinging on for dear life and missing half of his face???

If that is the sign of a ***** then my friend i wouldn't know what that makes you or the rest of us who didn't spend our careers putting our health at risk for the entertainment of others :good

Lennox not only ducked contenders when he was 'champ', but he also avoided a lot of dangerous opponents before he won the title.

Prime Mike Tyson, prime Evander Holyfield, prime Tony Tucker all would have stopped Lennox if only he hadn't spent so much time hiding in England while these guys were at the top of their game winning HW belts. Of course, as soon as Tyson was locked up in prison, Lennox came to the USA to fight his leftovers. Tony Tucker by now was a fat 35-year-old cocaine addict.

Prime David Tua would have murdered Lewis. But Lennox waited for Tua to become a fat bum, and only then acccepted to fight him. It was predictable that Tua would be too slow to land any punches. Just look at Tua's weight for that fight, compared to his weight in his prime.

In 1998, Tua weighed 224 pounds when he beat Hasim Rahman. In 1999, he started eating cheeseburgers, and weighed 245 pounds for his fight with Lennox in 2000. That's 21 extra pounds from his famous KO wins over Ruiz, Maskaev and Rahman, when he weighed 223-224.

Lennox Lewis was a protected joke of a fighter, and it puzzles me how people rate him highly on their best HWs lists.

 

Yeah I've just decided to add him to my list too mate. I thought at some point he'd change it up a little, bring something fresh and maybe even have a serious debate now and then but it's the same bull**** over and over.

 

Lets hope Vitali will not continue that trend and retire after facing some Sosnowski level no hoper

Today, it's obvious who the better fighter is between the two brothers. Wlad fights all the best contenders, while Vitali takes on all the fat bums.
