    Xoom.com is money remittance service to send money to the Philippines. I don't think Arum has anything to do with it. It just a promotion by Xoom (using Pacquiao's popularity with the Filipinos) to attract new customers to register and use the service.

    to get the free money, you may need to send/remit (thousand dollars or more) to somebody in mexico or the philippines.
