McGuigan is too emotionally involved with this kid to be objective; does he really merit this "best thing since sliced bread" hyperbole he's receiving?

    agree with the 1st point

disagree with the 2nd because i think he is very very good. im also not a fan of white bread.

Barry cant go on attack mode every time someone says something about frampton.

it was a very very boring fight and what is worse is that they are lauding it as a masterclass and magnificently exciting display where frampton showed blinding skills and total class to take his opponent apart.

What actually happened was a terribly boring fight. I mean really boring. It reminded me of Bellew vs Mckenzie 2.

And we also had to put up with bellew screaming and shouting about how great a "masterclass" it was for some time afterwards.

Deep down, both fighters know that they bored the arse off the audiences.

it was a good boxing display, just not very inspiring and not likely to win him any fans. i was suprised he fought like that given the high profile event.

It was a poor performance for 10 rounds. They wanted to show he could box but spent way too long waiting for the guy to engage when he'd take a step back or stay out of range and Frampton would bore. Last 2 rounds where he put his hands up and started bombing it was good.

Poor performance and thankfully a poor opponent didn't run around too much.

Barry is nowhere near Jim in terms of personality heart and knowledge, Jim fought one of the best ever and went the distance, how would Barry have done against Azumah Nelson.

    think we know the answer..

and Barry is in the HOF :patsch
