Not quite the same. Ortiz was coming off a fight of the year candidate, watched by the most number of boxing viewers for that year and it was on regular HBO. That's why Floyd jumped on that fight, he knows how to exploit hype, he;s the best at it. Even so, the only confirmed reports of the 1.25M buys came from Golden Boy and Mayweather Promotions, not HBO so who knows what it really it.

I don't think HBO will release the official buys for this fight as they don't like to publicize marketing failures much like they stayed silent about Mayweather-Ortiz. Just like GBP, look for Bob Arum to release the "official numbers".

    GBP: "Mayweather-Ortiz did 1.2 million!"
    HBO: ...
    Steve Kim: 890K

    Arum: "Pacquiao-Bradley did XX million!"
    HBO: ...

His friends and fans from Southern Cal would make up a miniscule number of that 75K. Not even 5,000 cared to watch him in his biggest fight vs Alexander, hyped as the battle of two great young undefeated Americans. He is similar level to Clottey draw-wise. Nothing against his ability or personality, he's just not that well-known and hypable

maybe if he fought Khan....Bradley vs Alexander was his biggest and most hyped fight to date and doubt that would've done 75 K on PPV

The hate is flowing from your ****ing post, dont hate on Bradley dude you have no reason to hate on the kid, sure that fight didnt do ****, but lets be real where was that fight?

Let me ask you this why is it Pacquiao didnt have **** for supporters in the first fight with Barrera ring side in Texas?:think

The answer is simple because back then that moment was exactly what Saturday night will mean for Bradley its his break through moment you dumbass.
