To beat a Klitschko, you have to "be a Klitschko."

Wlad took some big shots off Brewster and Sanders. They were as hard or very close to the big right hands that KO'ed Lewis.

His chin is clearly an issue though, even a blind man can see that. It may not be complete glass, otherwise he would have never survived the 1st Peter fight but it's as bad as it gets for a fighter at his level.

Yes, I openly admit he has a weak chin. . . Very weak. . .

The style to beat Wladimir would be that of a prime Holyfield. . . A guy who can weave his way inside, and STAY inside, and fire off strong combinations. . .

He'll beat anybody who tries to stand on the backfoot and box with him. . Too fleet of hand, and foot. . ANd too much power in that right hand.

Holyfield's style and indeed Holyfield himself is an interesting matchup for Wlad, imo.

the right style? there are many styles to beat wlad. just look at purity, sanders, brewster...
a good punch is to prefer and so is a solid chin but maybe most important is not to show fear for his punching power. wlad is much softer than his older brother and much easier to beat. however fighters do fight too scared when they face him.

    :good

Haye landed some big punches and Wlad took them very well. Wlad of today have learned how to react and how to take a puch. He is much better balanced so he can take punches better.

Wlad improved since Puritty and Sanders.

Vitali is easier to beat than Wlad. With Emanuel Steward in his corner Wlad never lost the fight against Puritty or Sanders.

Watch the fight against Puritty and the **** reaction of his corner and trainer! Wlad was tired after 8 rounds because he never went 12. But his trainer always screemd "box more, punch more, come on more more". From the outside his promoter sreemed it to. Instead of calming Wlad down. So Wlad was tired dead tired but he does not want to quit. After round 10 his trainer wants to quit, they discuss!!! in the corner instead of coaching.

In 2004 Wlad make the right decision and since than he works with Emanuel Steward and improves as a fighter and boxer.

Today Wlad is very very hard to beat. He can fight any style of boxer, he shows this in the last 8 years.

Boxers are humans. Sam Peter was fearless but Wlad had learned how to handle this.

Wlad is tall and very fast for his height with great punching power. So the Wlad of today is very hard to beat. Well balanced for his height and very well coordinated.

A fight against Lewis would be a 50:50.

But today no Lennox is on the line.
