Most Underrated Chin from this list of champions?

Discussion in 'World Boxing Forum' started by TaylorSwift12, Jun 7, 2012.

  1. Who have the most underrated chin.

Felix Trinidad- Went down a lot, but mostly due to his style of fighting and balance rather then a bad chin. He got a good chin, only was Tkoed once.

Lennox Lewis- Took monster punches from Briggs, Mercer,Bruno,Tua,Grant, Close to Prime Vitali etc. Only was pole axed twice by punches that would have floored a Silverback Gorilla. (he also got up from one and made count)

Wladimir Klithscko- Went down like 20 times, but if you watch all his knock downs, none of them were from huge punches, they were more of a balance and stamina issue

Amir Khan -Calm Down people, he got pole axed once randomly by a journeyman. Ever since then his chin has been pretty damn good. If he really had a ****ing ****** chin like chin checkers claim, he woulda been knocked the **** out against Peterson 4-5 times.

Roy Jones Jr- A shot Roy getting knocked the hell out don't mean he's glass.

Lucian Bute- For those of you who watched him fight, he took some good shots. His knock out against Froch was from a accumulation of punches that is blamed solely due to his ****** defense, not his chin.

Joe Calzaghe - Just because he went down from a 44 year old Roy and a 45 year old Hopkins don't mean he got glass in his jaw.

He is a iron chin champion who slipped twice. Iron Joe undefeated.

Lucy sportin some big time glass.

  5. Lol, never said he did. But those punches were not massive like the one Rahman threw against Lewis, or the one Lewis threw against Rahman.

Or the one uh 99% of all HW'S throw in knock outs.... Wladimir took some good shots to the face against Haye...

David Haye blasted Wladimir Klithscko's face with at least 3-4 loads, and Wladimir took it without going down once..
David Haye unleashed at least 4 big loads on Wladimir's face and Wladimir was still ok .

Hahhahah holy **** my stomach is literally hurting cause I just now eralized Lennox did a FENCING RESPONSE. . . Hahahah seriously, look at 22 seconds. . . That arm SHOOTS UP boooooooooyyyyyy

  7. You gotta judge by power punches taken. Go visit the compubox website.

Lewis took 9 times the power punches Vitali did throughout their respective careers.

That should be a better way of judging chins.

    What's more impressive

Going down zero times from 76 power punches taken

Or Going down 2 times from 600

  8. Why are you trolling my thread ******.

I even defended your hero amir khan

  9. You should go check on your family

I heard they got in a huge car accident

    I'm serious go check now

I'll send some postcards to your family of paul williams

You know the hot girls you stalk and worship via internet? The ones you check out like 'WOAH THIS BOXER GOT A HOT GIRL FRIEND:eek:

That is a sure sign of virginity. You remind me of the guy at my university who ****ing stalks me with his dick in between his hands, drooling with lust and envy. I had to kick his ****ing face in like he's some rabid dog

You don't know **** about Chins. Leave the ChinChecking to the experts.

Stuff your "balance and stamina issues" in your ass and open up your eyes, dummy. Glass Jaws Exist in Boxing and Wlad's is one of the worst. That is why he fights safety-first from the opening bell to the end, because he knows that a gust of wind can KO him.

    What a A+ post
    good one ******

You just basically proved my thread by saying

Calzaghe got a good chin, and Lewis got a above average chin.

Even if the rest are glass. Those two are therefore underrated...

  14. Your God the chin checkers

say Lewis got an above Average Chin.

You say he got a glass chin.

Should I believe in your God

    or You?

Well, if the chin checkers confirmed this, then I will have to say you should abide by their reasoning over mine. . .

I am still a trainee, an intern, if you will.

But now that the fencing response has been brought to light (in case they missed it), this will have to be taken in consideration, as it's one of the indications of pure glass.
