No worries. When they told him, his cancer was coming back faster than they thought, he was fine with it. And was fairly happy and upbeat. He's 78 and says he lived a full life and hes ready.

Although when he called my mother a few days ago, he was crying and wanting to see her one last time, so he can let go. He's in quite a bit of pain. But it's not too big of an issue. He was all smiles when I last saw him a month ago.
