There is a simple solution to this. Reveal the evidence and make GBP/Mayweather/USADA then have to explain why such things happened.

After reading up a bit on this, I really had no idea what was going on. And I may or may not be up to speed.

Sounds to me like it is a case of Montoya asking questions, getting no answers, or overly defensive answers and/or actions, which lead to suspicion, and asking why........... which lead to more of the same.

I haven't come across any hard and fast accusations yet. Are there any?

Also, what is the latest with Winky/Quillin and the testing that wasn't?

From what I've gathered, Montoya has gone on message boards making accusations. In his writings, he seems to make strong implications without overtly making an accusation. If you read his articles on the matter, it's pretty clear that he's implying that GBP, The NSAC, and the USADA are corrupt, and are complicite in a PED cover up. He also makes it seem as though he has proof of this.
