Legit question, and I have asked the same thing and I don't even think he is roiding. There is no logical answer for that question though which is why all the Pac fans in this thread ducked the question and talked **** instead like they always do.
He's got no one to fight who needs the test, remember the one who insisted the test offered a NO PPV upside offer on Pac the moment he agreed to the tests. We could all argue that Pac doesn't deserve the 50-50, but we can all agree that Pac deserves a PPV share.
