The "All Things Mayweather/Pacquiao" Express!!!!!!

You're missing the point. It's not about Mayweather or Pacquiao individually, but the whole ordeal with USADA and GBP.

In today's boxing, the state commission have absolute authority when it comes to testing and sanctioning events. USADA has no stake at all and are a contracted 3rd party in this scenario. Their attendence is more of a marketing angle where they will perform the stricter testing and release results they are contractually obligated too.

Now, this is where there is some shady business going on. Technically, USADA doesn't have to disclose anything to the state commissions as the commissions still use their own testing methods and those are what ultimately determines if a fight will go on or not. Since USADA is a 3rd party, they only need to discuss any test results with the proprieter of their services. This is common sense for any business. There would be nothing unethical for them to not report positive test to the state commissions because the state commissions are not contracting their services.

Does that make sense?

 

And folks, there is at least two videos on the net of me asking Many about drug testing. In my article on maxboxing Tuesday I for third time asked him if he was juicing. I have asked him on record if he has used or knowingly been in the presence of HGH, testosterone or EPO or any PED. No other reporter has done that.

So earlier you claimed that The USADA covered up for drug treats, now you're ammending it to bascially saying that it's just a guess on your part. Furthermore, The USADA is a non profit organization.

Not sure about the business structure in England, but in the US it is very common for non-profit orgs to consist of a non-profit face with a profit business on the back end. And non-profit does not mean the people within the company cannot make a profit or monies, just the business itself is limited. I know this because it was a contemplated business model I was entertaining for a business venture I am starting and was suggested to me by a SBA (Small Business Association) mentor, which is a gov entity. Just an FYI.

Go read back the last few years at Gabes posting on Floyd at DHB. He was called out on it a plethora of times. Any articles that weren't Floyd related were usually great articles, but his bias towards Floyd and negativity made it impossible to read unless you were a hater.
