Care to point out any lies? This is my speculation as what the issue really is. Hence the usage of "IMO". In case you didn't know, that stands for In My Opinion...

I have ran into a few of them in my days :D

But people have asked Pacquiao that, and honestly its like beating a dead horse at this stage because we know that no commission requires it so really that is pointless Pacquiao has been asked this question dozens and dozens of times by reporters there is nothing there really he has a right to choose not to take any testing outside of what the commission requires.

What Montoya found was an inconsistency and he was trying to expose that, and why not we are cleaning up the sport right? I mean thats the goal we want a clean sport.

So if you have such an inconsistency and some fishy business its best that someone expose that, I would rather see a writer like Montoya or any writer expose wrong doing like this in the sport even if it puts their career on the line, why? if it saves one fighters life its worth the risk.

She failed one of their test, How many times did she pass while she was on Roids? thats the point you can beat those test.

No other site is talking about Floyd failing tests except this and Montoyas site. It was all a big hoax. USADA wouldnt risk everything over testing Floyd, and lying about the results.

That's right, because as far as we know, Floyd hasn't tested positive. It's just the fanatics on here that are becoming accusatory and posting their opinion, which is being mistaken for facts.

And USADA isn't risking anything. If you hire someone to do work for you, would you let them spread your business to the public, or would you make sure that the business remains between you and them?

    we're suppose to trust both.

that's the problem...... if there is "exemptions" in USADA's contract with GBP.

this is not a *****-pacturd issue. this is not floyd vs. manny.

if GBP asked for "exemptions" from VADA what are the chances they only asked VADA and not USADA for those "exemptions"?

and now GBP only does USADA now and no longer will use VADA?

that's the issue. not this floyd-pac crap.

You can beat any test. By your logic, we shouldn't bother using any testing agency, as none of them are fool proof. The fact of the matter is, Jones wasn't caught until the USADA started testing her. Furthermore, the whole reason she was able to avoid being caught for so long was because of the designer steroids provided to her by Victor Conte; the same Conte who is not an advisor for VADA. Now I'm not saying VADA is doing anything wrong, but there is no proof that USADA has done anything wrong. Both orgs are trying to do their part to keep the sport clean. You can't simply try to discredit one based off of non evidence for the purpose of furthering your agenda.

I honestly think that there was something going on, did Floyd test positive who cares what I care about is this contract between GBP and USADA, if thats true that does need to be exposed and I believe there is some truth to what Montoya is reporting, GBP hasnt filed a law suit now if it were an out right slander case and Montoya was 100% lying, GBP wouldnt send a letter threatening Montoya they would sue Montoya and the site he works for and that hasnt happened and to me that looks fishy

I am discrediting USADA simply because of their special clause in their contract not to disclose results of a positive test until after the fight? I mean that doesnt look suspect to you? and why would we want to put any fighter at risk like that.

That is because if they do, they will need to provide their "clean records" in court to prove what has been said was slander and not fact.
