Shaefer only wanted to be notified sooner so that they can come up with a legit replacement.

The 3 failed tests is a flat out lie. How do I know? No evidence yet. USADA would love to find a high profile athlete guilty of cheating. Risking failed tests over Floyd is suicide. USADA will notify Floyd and the public of any failed tests. They don't cover Floyds ass because Floyd pays them. They are expensive already.
