Right, and that is understandable on Scheifer's part with regards to saving a card. And at that point, the ball is in GBP's court to disclose why a fight is scrapped and a replacement is coming in. That would also leave room for them to punish the positive tested fighter, but still keep their result private. Then they can say anything for why the fighter pulled out. They got injured in training, personal issues, or whatever they want to say.

The 3 failed tests is currently a rumor. That came about from the letter that the GBP lawyers sent to Montoya. He never said that or even rumored it. GBP printed it and that is where the speculation of Floyd began to root.

And I am sure USADA would love to bust a high profile fighter if they are working with and contracted by the state commissions. The state commissions would be the ones to publically annouce the results, stating their contracted agency was responsible for finding it.

I previously said I never remember an article about Floyd that was directly accusatory, but his articles were grossly biased anything against Floyd, no matter what the context of the point. In the end I say WGARA because this whole PED thing is a sham just like the overall US drug war. Gabe is making a hell of a name for himself in a sport that is equivalent to the wild wild west and VADA and their consultant Mr. Conte are looking to make a buck in life; living the American dream. Just my opinon.

    Peace.

Going back and forth would mean I would care how he responded and would wait for it. I just pointed out what a circular trap that line of thinking is.

I really don't care how people perceive my reality. I present the truth as I get it.

They haven't filed a defamation suit because it would be impossible to win. Suits where the defendant is part of the media and the plaintiff is a public figure have a very high showing of fault. Even if Montoya is wrong he would probably still win. The only reason to file the suit would be to intimidate the guy into backing down by making him think about whether or not it's worth the expense to fight it. Even slam dunk cases are costly.

You mentioned the Pacquiao lawsuit just above this response. That's a little stronger of a case based on the facts, but it's still an uphill battle for Pacquiao.

Yeah he made similar "accusations" at me a few months ago. Only he wanted proof that I was black. I mean, That's always something I've claimed to be, having a profile picture and all. So then it became an issue of being white and a Mayweather fan. :rofl

We've had these discussions, Gabe. You can pull the plethora of posts on this **** over the years at DHB. Fact is I couldn't care less about your crusade because I believe PEDs should be legal and allowed. It you clowns who try and act like you care about safety yet support a sport like boxing. Fact is that boxing is way behind the times. I can't hate anyone for trying to make their way in life, but I just have issue with hypocrites.

Anyone that thinks I'm a shill has the opportunity to go look up the history of conversations and my position on this crap in DHB.

I do to, but let's not bull**** the public. Put the science out on damage from concussive forces on a repetitive basis. Talk about how you care for the participating athletes after they are done and suffer life long debilitation. In the end Margaret knows that would mean the end of boxing or a loss on the PED crusade, but she knows it's an inherent risk of the sport and decides to let those facts lie in bed.

All contact sports have this issue, not just boxing. The NFL is constantly at battle with this.

You are right because I couldn't care less. My guess the dude truly believes athletes shoulc be able to use PEDs. Anything else is likely BS and I don't need a writer to tell me I'm wrong.
