That kinda depends on which community you are in - Jews are quite different from each other around the world. It's certainly possible to marry a Jew, convert and become a fully accepted part of the religion. But Jews tend not to do missionary work.

The situation in some parts of Mindanao is not as bad as the media portrays.But you do get these clashes and it's terrifying. I have personally experienced a gun fight over there.I am not sure if it was muslim rebels vs the local force.It was epic!! But you know if you get caught say good bye to your head.
