Nah, my fellow southern gent, I have a feeling Pavlik will lay off going for the early kill. . . He wants to get some rounds in. . Or at least he needs to. . .

 

Anyone worried about Pavlik's power above 160 pounds?

 

A little. . . He definitely won't have the punch he had at 160, but it shouldn't be too drastic. . . He's always been more of a "worker" type, who wears you down. . .


He has a great jab, and even better straight right hand. . And Robert Garcia got him showing off what looks like to be a good left hook now too. . . Although it was against a can. . .


We won't know how his power truly holds at 168 against Sigmon anyway. . . His defense probably isn't good enough to matter.

 

Coffee for me, and I note that Sigmon hasn't been stopped. Might be a ten round battering, but it'll be interesting to see if KP can stop a durable natural super middleweight

 

Good points. I will literally **** my pants if the fight makes it to the sixth round.

 

This is a good card for FNF. Nice fight weekend in Vegas.

Good card? Where? Certainly not the main event. Its another FNF mismatch farce. Scott Sigmon is almost a 20-1 underdog and I think that's generous imo. This fight should not even be taking place let alone televised on a major network.

Don't see the excitement in the other televised bout either.
