I really think he puts in mad lower body work too, but his genetic makeup isntructs his body to feed his upper body first. . Also, all the running he does will be counter-productive for building muscle. . . He probably works his legs out hard everyday, and doesn't give them the rest htey need to actually "build." Your body burns muscle first, so it's only possible to build, or maintain so much muscle during a rigorous training camp where you're burning more calories than you're taking in. . . But if I were him, to ensure more mass went to my legs, I'd do 3 days of squats, and runs a week. Then for my cardio for hte other 3 days i'd do rows, or just extra heavy bag work. . . and my upper body workouts - i'd only do VERY HIGH REP resistance exercises, and bodyweight exercises. . . He's the type who has skinnier, not very aesthetic legs, but are still strong, and sturdy as ****. . . No racist, but I see a lot of black dudes with legs built like his, but are ****ing beasts when it comes to explosiveness, and leg power. . . One black dude on my wrestling team had chicken legs like that, weighed like 160 pounds, and could power clean 250 pounds, deadlift 450, and squat 385 :yikes
So basically my legs would only be worked out 3 days a week, and would be allowed to rest completely for 4 days. . I'd do M,W,F for my road work, sprints, skipping rope, and some "explosive power" workouts like jump squats. Then for T,TR, and SAT, I'd do my plyometrics like pushups, pull-ups, core work. . . and to substitute cardio my roadwork, I'd just shadow box, or hit the heavy bag for 45 minutes extra or whatever. . . So basically my legs are getting complete days of rest in between days I work them out, as I'm not even using htem at all aside from when I work with my trainer on strategy, spar, and hit the bags. . . But as far as targeted resistance, they aren't being used. . . AND I get TWO FULL DAYS (SAT, AND SUN - Sunday is a compelte day of rest, only watching tape, and working on strategy wiht my trainer) for them to further recover. . . THIS is when the muscle will build - when they are resting.
Bradley will be pulled out, annihalated by the 7th. I would not be surprised at all if this is over in 1. He cant and wont handle Pacs speed.
Not if you eat, and rest properly. . . You will build muscle only if your caloric intake exceeds your calories burned for the day. It's a known fact that your body will burn muscle first, and fat second. . That's why it's important to eat small meals regularly, to maintain muscle, while burning fat. . You gotta FUEL that muscle! It needs to EAT! It's a proper balance of working out, eating, and REST. . . If you work a muscle group out everyday, it's not going to build properly. . . Take a look at guys who are long distance runners - they're really not as ripped up as you might think, and their legs really aren't that muscular. This is because they burn more calories than they take in, and their body burns off muscle mass, rather than building it. Anybody who has studied the science of the body, and has worked out seriously, etc. will tell you that your body burns muscle before fat. This content is protected
If muscles won fights briggs would have destroyed vitali. Bradley is in good ****ing shape though, that's for sure.
