    Great
    Shoulder injury?
Am I the one who got caught out lying about a fight?
Bailey and Timeout are you alt accounts. The fact that you need alts to try and make it seem there are more Calzaghe fans here than there really is is just plain sad. The fact that you use your alts to agree with yourself is just downright bizarre.

For the record I'll email Boxinggirl and see what she says about it.

You're an idiot, earlier on you were using fighters words as proof of your points, like Pascal at SMW, you posted up some link of him saying he was confident. It's ok when it suits your arguments Zod, but not for others?:patsch

Zod you avoided the original question, do you seriously disagree that fighters can be different in different weight divisions?

The fact that you have now resorted to name calling and twisting my words tells me you have now clearly lost the plot

    my original post

You don't chase an opponent around the ring for 12 rounds if you are weight drained and that should tell you that Toney was in-shape. He was confident because he knew going in he could fight for the whole 12 rounds which he did.

You didn't disprove that Toney had to shed large amounts of weight. You only have to look at Toney's legs to know that he was out of shape, compare Toney in that fight, to the Toney of the Mccallum fight. Look at the movement in his legs.

Stop dodging the question I keep putting to you. Do you seriously disagree that fighters can be different in different weight classes?

Here was the post I was referring to:

So one minute, you can't take boxers words seriously, then you use that as proof

Of course you are lying. How on earth are you going to confuse a shoulder injury with a closed eye? Collins-Eubank II was a close fight? What fight did you watch?

haha Zod you're all over the place

Once again, nice straw man argument. Eubank was still able to compete on the world level, that point stands.

Zod, you keep on avoiding the original question put to you,

do you seriously disagree that fighters can be different in different weight divisions?

And you never proved it. If you want to trash one of the best performances in smw boxing history then the burden of proof should be on you. Whenever a fighter with a big ego loses a fight he tends to come out with all kinds of excuses to explain away the loss.
Quoting some random online site is not proof. Who verifies Toney's claims?
You can now tell Toney's fitness by looking at his legs?
In one fight he fights McCallum in the middle of the ring and in the other fight he has to constantly try and cut of the ring of his fleetfooted opponent. Two completely different types of fights.
First of all you provided no source to verify your above claim
Second I said the facts speak for themselves. You don't fight in a division for 4 years if you are killing yourself to make weight. So yes we can take Pascals words seriously

If their words agree with the facts then we can take a fighters words seriously

Which is why he lost to every opponent he faced above journeymen level during the last 2 years of his career? But he was ahead on points before he got stopped? Yes, because as we all know as long as you are ahead on points before you getted tkoed then it proves your still world class. Even if you are getting stopped by nobodies like Carl Thompson.

Regardless of what style of fight, you can see Toney is not the same. You couldn't disprove it :deal

Pascal himself said it was much easier to move up to LHW, clearly he feels more comfortable there

Now Zod, stop wasting my time, I'm off to watch the football, here's the question.

Simple yes or no answer, do you seriously disagree that fighters can be different in different weight divisions?

Either you agree and concede, or you disagree and look like an idiot.

    ????????????
You know his not the same fighter by just looking at his legs? You state your biased opinion as a fact and then put the burden of proof on me?
    [/quote]
    ???????
He can still make the weight does that sound like a guy who was killing himself to make weight? Now that his up at lhw his stamina is worse than ever. He is now a 4 round fighter.

    ?????????
You quote random online articles as facts. You lie about fights you clearly haven't watched. You dismiss wins because that fighter didn't do anything in that division, then you rate Hopkins for beating Pavlik at lhw? You trash Froch's win over Johnson but rate Calzaghe wins over Eubank?

And you think I look like an idiot.
