Can Tommy Hearns or Sugar Ray go through Oscar De La Hoya's resume undefeated?

I think Oscar could have KO'd trinidad had he of went after him. I saw Trinidad buckle a couple times during their fight and Oscar wasn't really sitting down on his punches. He respected Tito's power too much I think. The amazing thing is how unscathed Oscar's face was after that fight. I don't even think his eye was swollen which had usually happened to oscar during his tougher fights.

I think he could have too, he won every exchange they had. Even Chavez was able to swell his eye up and Trinidad couldn't

Oscar beats everyone at 140. He was quick and his counter left no one could defend against or take. But money got involved and he wanted the bigger money. I really do not see how anyone could beat him at 140. I remember when he fought I think it was Darryl Tyson before the first Chavez fight. His body punches were so crisp.

I am not sure. Tito was so much bigger than Oscar naturally and he could be wobbled but not hurt much. It would take a lot to really knock him out. Hopkins was bigger than Tito and used that size, and honestly Hopkins was better rounded than Tito. I actually thought Oscar could beat Hopkins before that fight, but the size difference was more than I thought it would be.

Yes, he smoked Tyson badly. He was a huge 140 lb'er too. People think Tzyu was big for the weight, Oscar would dwarf him and K him TFO.

Tommy lost to average or lil bit above average "The Blade" Barkley but b4 that he rumbled with excellent fighters of that era in SRL and Hagler and so did ODLH with Tito and Shane, so I believe Tommy would have had problems at WW with either of them. SRL only lost to Duran in the great moment of his stellar career and Hoya to Tito, would SRL lose to Tito or to Shane? I don't think so. But I keep on sayin after the number of huge matches ODLH had, if it was SRL, he would have many more problems with Hopkins than with Hagler...

a lot of guys overlook 140. I don't see why. Oscar was made for that weight. He would have outgrown it but much later, but it would have been a great era for guys moving up and Oscar being like the Hagler of the 80s taken on the guys moving up. And at 140 he could have beaten Floyd.

I think he'd have beaten Floyd as well. And it would have saved Mosley from jumping to 147 for the fight as well. Would have been a good division with Oscar, Mosley, Judah, Tszyu, and eventually Mayweather, Hatton and Cotto.

Both can easily. Hopkins would of given a good account of himself, but even a past his prime Leonard wins a UD similar to how RJ won it. Hearns would beat Hopkins similar to how Dawson beat Bhops, but more competitive. Leonard and Hearns just on another level. A level even Floyd being the most skillful today hasn't reached. On the other hand, Whitaker loses a UD to Hearns, but is competitive with Leonard, but also loses by UD. Chavez loses a UD to Leonard and gets tkod by Hearns at 147.

I have a funny feeling that Tito gives Tommy a fright and Hopkins runs Ray close.
The fact that Ray beat Benitez makes me think he beats Pernell.
Tommy definitely and Ray almost certainly.
That's twice I've picked Tommy over Ray this week. Will I ever sleep soundly again?

The most important thing about resume, is the fighter you beat at his best, is a fighter jumping 3 divisions to fight you.....or was it a robberies.

 People actually claim Oascar as a big tito win:rofl:rofl:rofl:rofl:rofl:rofl:rofl:bart
Oscar even won some of the las rounds from what I remember after winning 9 rounds, the only thing that did change on those last rounds is that DLH wasn't giving Tito an incredible schooling anymore

Hernandez , Campanella and Molina were among Oscar's career best wins IMO

No mention of JCC either ??
