Emanuel Steward is arguing that times have changed and that Grant is now more the puncher's glove, and that Bailey is so old he is just stuck in the past and out of touch thinking Reyes are still the puncher's glove.

 

Round 1

Bailey turns himself rightward and slides in toward Jones, brushing his lead shoe across the canvas and dragging the back as he jabs the body. Jones circles to the right, keeping a turtle shell up. Jones uses some more movement, ducking and bobbing and staying off Bailey's jab. Right hand by Bailey, telegraphed and ducked. Jones starts to roam with his left glove, possibly looking to set up a jab or feint, but keeps his right up by his chin protectively. Another right hand by Bailey high, ducked. Clinch, spin. Tony Weeks splits them up. Jones circles off the ropes and keeps defending, blocking jabs.
