no doubt, the fight was a fix

ok first off, i hate conspiracy theories. 9/11, moon landing, i have no time for any of it

but what happened last night and in the events leading to it are just impossible to ignore

Evidence

start a few hours before the fight....Bradley guarantees victory but says he'll be glad to give pacquiao a rematch. No problem there, just trash talk.However Thankfully the said rematch will be november 10th in las vegas. Bradley was only short of showing the ****ing contract for gods sake.bradley shows up 2 hours earlier than he should, while pacquiao is slightly late and sits down to watch the heat game while bradley is warming up and getting pumped. Already its set up to show how determined bradley is and how lax pac is. Then Pacquiao goes missing. really? what the hell? it turns out hes stretching his calfs. oh right

if one thinks the evening has started strange, its then announced that cj ross is a judge for the main event.....Shes not an arum regular, or any regular for that matter. Won't look weird if any fishy scorecard comes from her, its almost expected

Then the fight...Pacquiao isn't bothered by the light hitting former junior welterweight-turned light hitting welterweights punches as expected....however is accuracy is fantastic despite his relatively low output which falls a bit short of Bradley's high, flashy workrate. Classic case of quality vs quantity that often makes for difficult scoring. However, the people behind this fix (pac, bradley and arum) didn't count on just how much advantage pacquiao would have in most departments and how telling his punches would be. So pacquiao rarely went for the kill when he hurt bradley and on the rare occasions he did, he smothered his punches and threw shots that clearly weren't going to land, ensuring Bradley's survival and also making a case for Bradley's workrate and flashy bursts of shots. By the fights end, Bradley was sure to win the final rounds so in the fans memory it was somewhat justifiable.

Upon the final bell, i went to bed before the ring was even full (i was tired cas the fight was on til half five where i live) confident in Pac's victory. Then my friend comes rushing through the dorr with the news and its true. There pacquiao looking strangely content and bradley looking satisfied, not shocked or emotional but satisfied and hugging arum (who was pretty happy considering his only real meal ticket just got beat). Pacquiao has no problem and is happy to hear that rematch will take place at an already set date and venue

The Reasons

The reason as to why such a seemingly elaborate fix would occur range from the likely to the weird

On one hand Arum needs new stars. plain and simple and bradley is marketable now that he has his win

Pacquiao wants out soon and has no problem making these new stars while keeping his rep intact. He'll win the return and have this 'loss' discounted, therefore not harming his legacy in any real way

There is no one left to fight apart from mayweather, a fight dangerous to pac both in and out of the ring (finance and ego wise). Why not keep it in house with a sham trilogy or double act that will earn money and keep up face?

The whole issue of Pacquiao's new found religious zest also comes into play. Perhaps He simply doesn't want to kill of careers and damage fighters any longer (a bit weird but it is possible but not likely)

all in all this stinks to high heaven and i for one may be called a hater or moron or conspiracy theorist but this too unusual a robbery to simple be pawned off as such

the worst part is that both fighters and not just arum were involved. And who says the mafia are out of boxing?
