Yeah, this is hte nail in the coffin. .

He lost 90% of his cerdibility and respect when he started charging people, despite having a lucrative job at a private law firm.

Hahaha the only thing funnier about his breakdown of hte fight, was his claim to have a girlfriend. . . . :rofl

I'm a fan of dwyer. I'm not a troll, but here are some facts.

People who are basially saying Dwyer is sticking up for Bradley because they are both 'black' - Dwyer picked Carl Froch to beat; Andre Dirrel, Jean Pascal and Jermain Taylor.

More recently he picked Vitali over Chisora.

And regarding the Mayweather/Cotto comment he made - I thought Mayweather let Cotto off the hook in the 12th round. He could have stopped him IMO.

Dwyer has an unpopular opinion in this instance, but there's no need to insult him.

And if you listen to the way he analyzes fights, he knows more about boxing than the average joe. And he knows more about boxing than most if not all of the posters on here.

Exactly my scorecard :good It's amazing watching all the hate Pacquiao gets and all the "Slick Black Gs" trying to justify this robbery. If Pacquiao wasn't a little Asian dude that Mayweather hated and made racist comments toward, these guys wouldn't hate Pacquiao or say Bradley didn't get outclassed. Hell, if Mayweather and Pacquiao were friends outside of the ring, a lot of these guys wouldn't have anything bad to say about Pacquiao. A lot of the hate Pacquiao gets/ridiculous scorecards people have favoring Bradley is either outright racist bias, Floyd love, or both.

Dwyer spends the whole time trying to discredit the punches landed by Manny, just like Duane Ford tried justifying himself by his comments on the fact Manny missed, instead of actually giving an argument for how Bradley did enough with his own offense in 7 rounds.

Bradley didn't do enough. He was throwing a weak flicker jab and a lot of slapping hooks in every round. He threw lots of garbage punches that were really ineffective. His punches were hitting Pacquiao's gloves and arms more than anything else. Pacquiao was hitting him solidly and cleanly far more often than the reverse.

Pacquiao might have missed him, but damn, Bradley missed him way more often. It wasn't even funny how ineffective Bradley's offense was. He made Pacquiao look like a defensive wizard at times. I think the only reason Pacquiao couldn't finish Bradley or dominate him even more than he did was because Pacquiao was moving forward and looking to counter Bradley, and in the first few rounds, when Bradley tried to take the fight to Pacquiao and throw solid (for him) punches, Pacquiao was catching him hard and cleanly repeatedly. Then Bradley got on his bike and stopped committing to any of his punches enough for Pacquiao to punish him the same way he had earlier, forcing Pacquiao into a more conventional, leading aggressor to keep hitting Bradley. He didn't hit Bradley as often as he did early on, but Bradley's work was still of inferior quality to what Pacquiao was doing to him. The later rounds were slightly closer, but Pacquiao was still clearly winning him.

I personally think the judges had there agenda set going into the fight. if Bradley was on his feet at the end then he gets the win. Their motives for doing so is a mystery as it hurts the reputation of boxing even more.
On the topic of the hate I have to agree. He gets way too much hate on this forum.

I wasn't referring to the scorecards of the judges. That was probably simple corruption or bribery by the Bobfather. I was referring to the pro-Bradley scorecards that have appeared on this site.

The way I see it, Arum knew that there was only a limited period of time left where he could profit from Pacquiao as his cash cow. Pacquiao has been talking about retiring every fight since 2010. In a best case scenario, Arum gets 2-3 fights left from the 33 year old Pacquiao. Bradley is still just 28 years old. Assuming he stays with Top Rank, that's easily an extra 15-20 more fights lining Arum's pocket over the next 7-10 years. To maximize those profits, you'd have to make Bradley a draw, because he's a featherfisted headbutter/wrestling-type fighter with the charisma of a piece of burnt toast.

The best way to make Bradley a draw? If he "beat" the previous top draw who'd been marketed for the better half of the past 7 years as an unstoppable wrecking machine. So this decision was, in my mind at least, an orchestrated "passing of the torch" deal for Arum to get a new cash cow. The only way that plan could get screwed up is if Bradley had gotten KO'd. He tried to take the fight to Pacquiao and win legitimately early, but once he started getting nailed by Pacquiao's counters and felt his speed and power, Bradley got on his bike and went with his garbage hooks/flicker jab/running plan, knowing he'd get the decision if he wasn't on his back at the end of the fight.

Arum hugging and congratulating Bradley at the end says it all for me.

  12. The only thing different about Dwyer and Bradley is the wheelchair.

Excellent avatar GJE.:happy As you know that Glass Jawed fraud Bute was on my radar for a long time and I knew he would get his Chin Shattered as soon as he stepped up. What was even better was that I was there to see the shards flying live. I was prepared for the inevitable shards flying and wore protective goggles.:rofl
