Has anyone heard any rumours etc whether this fight will be broadcast live on Boxnation this weekend?

No mention on Buncey's show tonight, although he did interview Andy Lee, no mention on either the Boxnation Official site or Facebook page; but the Sky planner is showing live boxing on Boxnation from 02:00.

Boxnation have shown the last couple of Chavez Jnr fights, and do occassionally make last minute announcements for fight cards.

Anybody out there have any insider information?! :think:good

They are not showing it. Neither are Prime Time or Sky. Setanta is the only hope.

In all seriousness, I think they will. Like you said they have shown the last few Chavez fights and I recall Andy Lee saying something along the lines of 'Hopefully BoxNation have the fight' to Bunce tonight.

That doesn't mean much but I think his managment team most have talked about it.

:good Cheers mate, if I was a betting man (which I'm not) I'll go for an announcement on Thursday, maybe even Friday!

I hope they show it, has the potential to be quite interesting.

It's one of the things I find quite exciting about Boxnation, the fact that they pick up international fight cards at late notice.............

No prob mate, I hope they show it to. They announced that they were showing the Tarver/Kayode card on BoxNation when Bunce's boxing hour was on. They didn't announce Lee/Jr last night so that's not a good sign.

If nobody picks this up it's an absolute disgrace.
RTE should be ashamed of themselves

It's a shame lee didn't do as fury and macklin did and admit his britishness at the start of his career to get uk tv companys behind him.

BoxNation Tweeted "We can now confirm we will not be showing the Andy Lee vs. Chavez Jnr. fight." 5 hours ago. But about ONE hour ago Buncey said something along the lines of 'it isn't official yet.' So i don't know what to believe. I hope BoxNation get the Lee/Jr fight. I'd be suprised if they didn't TBH.
