pacs time is almost up. he did the same to cotto when he made him fight Margarito again. he knew cotto was leaving so gave him a tough fight before he left but luckily Cotto won the fight.

exactly. arum, probably more than most, knows that every fighter has his shelf life. pac has surpassed his and now arum is creating his next big thing. it's highly unlikely that bradley will ever achieve the fame/recognition that pac has achieved...but bradley will be catapulted by a win over pac. that pretty much goes without saying. anyone who doesn't understand this needs to do some research. it's not very often that a promoter has a stable as extensive as top ranks. he has the luxury of being able to feed his next batch of stars. the dude signs certain fighters to protect his interests so why should this scenario be any different? he's not stupid, he has this thing down to a science.

  6. I agree. I think Bradley is too young, fresh and fast for Pacquiao at this stage of his career. Fact

I was thinking on the same line. For anyone who really knows this sport, Bradley is Elite. Pacquiao facing Bradley is a perfect move by Arum to build Bradley as the next star as Pacquiao will have almost zero chance to cope with Bradley's speed and youth. Fact

But I am hoping Pacquaio gets blessed with a miracle and somehow beats this elite boxer in Bradley. In this way, we can still hope for the Floyd vs Pacquiao to happen.:good

If Pac had beat Bradley... no, I'll rephrase that...If Pac had got the decision against Bradley then there's only Mayweather left to fight. Now that Pac has lost Arum will get big money for a rematch THEN MAYBE Mayweather. Boxing is a ****in' joke!!!

Yeah it seems painfully obvious that was Arum's plan in hindsight, hell even Floyd himself called it
