i was confuse with this man but after last Saturday he's like Don King. I think it was his plans to have Manny lose that fight cause their were talk of Manny leaving him to make the Mayweather fight happen so by having Pac lose he has 1 more time to catch out on Pac as he mentioned that he'll make a lot of money in a rematch. So he is the figure that made that fight go the way it did
