awww deal, iv heard about this but not been able to find it anywhere! i hear on one of them he has to do an horrendus 1 mile run....... because he was in his local takeaway and was having a stroll home with his kebab and then the heavens opened and had to run the rest of the way.

 

Some of it is very Rocky like, especially where his trainer has him chasing a chicken for agility. Well, except for the marinating, deep frying and eating of the chicken. But still, gruelling stuff.

 

im picturing the rocky scene when hes using the hanging meat as a punchbag at work, but in dannys case just sat in a takeaway munching through a spinning donner kebab, with the 'eye of the tiger' on in the back ground
