Boxing Has A Chance To Save Itself By Reversing Decision

    Never happens but would be a smart move to start now.
    A lot of people have lost what little faith they have in the sport.
    Can it be restored by a historic reversal ?
    Certainly a step in the right direction and surely viewership would go up.
    If nothing happens it wont be a story and fans will just say its boxing, its corrupt.

    They can start by reversing Pac/Marquez III. Would be good for boxing.

    That would just make it worse. They can only reverse the decision if they have proof that the judges were bribed or something along those lines. You can't just say that you don't like how the fight was scored and change it. That sets a terrible precedence.

    Difference between close fights and clear robberies is usually easily distinguishable. Fights that should be overturned are Chavez-Whitaker, Roy Jones-Park, Lewis-Holyfield I, Lara-P.Williams, Pacquiao-Bradley types, where there is very little conceivable way the result could've been what it was.
