Looks like Chavez has plenty to say about Canelo and he seems pretty envious trying to believe himself. :rofl

First he states that he wants real boxing which includes not asking smaller fighters to move up or taking on old fighters. He then states that he is now fighting better opposition as the public asks while Canelo is not improving his and is actually going the opposite direction.

I WANT to like Jr...but he should shut up and do his talking in the ring. Lee is the 1st step. Maybe Jr.s just mad that Canelo didn't need a legendary father to help him become a huge draw, or that he'll never be able to fight him because of the size disparity between the two.

Kinda true...Ortiz has one fight at 147 and will be moving up again...Canelo is huge at 154.

I think Jr is upset since he wants to be liked by the mexican public; yet, the mexican public seems to like Canelo more. To top it off, Canelo will be fighting on the weekend of Mexico's independence day.

For fighting a guy who lost to Brian Vera? Get the **** outta here. Fight Martinez, Sturm, Golovekin, etc. then you can talk. Until then he's all sizzle and no steak.

Weren't you one of those who were saying Chavez was ducking Lee? I wouldn't be surprise if you we're one of those.

I actually do believe jr. is shooting for the big names, just that his handlers know better.

Some of those comments might come back to haunt Jr if and when he ever calls out Canelo.

Tr vs GBP it will never happen.

Chavez is kind of right as well. Sweet N' Low Mosley has been his stiffest test. Matt Hatton :patsch
